Free standard shipping on orders of 30€ or more. Valid on sporthetic.com orders shipped in the European countries.

Shipping and taxes do not count toward the 30€ qualification. Promo codes ares excluded. Offer will be applied in the form of a credit toward the shipping and handling fee. Offer subject to credit approval.

Returns

If, at the time of receiving your order, you are not satisfied, you have 7 days (To be counted from the delivery receipt) to return the product. To return a product, send us an e-mail to info@sporthetic.com

In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the costs of shipping back to sporthetic will be paid by the customer. In order to return it, the product shall have to be in perfect conditions, in its orginal packaging and with the manuals, accesories or promotional presents, if applicable.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, and after verifying its good conditions, we will proceed to refund its price in accordance with the payment method used by the customer.

Shipping costs will only be reimbursable in cases of incorrect delivery or flawed product. In any case, the return of shipping costs for incorrect deliveries and flawed products will be reimbursed, being sporthetic the one to pay said costs, provided that the customer notifies this circumstance within 7 days to be counted from the receipt of delivery.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

  

Reception

Please check carefully the packaging at the reception of the merchandise, before you sign the delivery company.

In case you find that the package is damaged cosiderably. You have 2 choices:

  •        You can refuse the delivery, notifying that the package was damaged.
  •        Or you can accept it, indicating before the signing the default on the package.

 

Increasing your order

We highly recommend grouping all your ítems in only one purchase, so you can pay just one shippment, due that once you place your order, we won’t be able to change it.
